7. Service Availability

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
